Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical design efforts for mission critical and data center projects
  • Develop design standards, specifications, system narratives, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, architects, and contractors
  • Review engineering reports and evaluate system options
  • Oversee construction administration activities including RFIs, bulletins, and site reports
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development initiatives
  • Support business unit leadership through training, innovation, and best practice sharing

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience within consulting engineering / MEP design
  • Strong background delivering mission critical or data center projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Hands-on design experience with Revit and CAD
  • Previous experience leading teams and mentoring engineers
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
