Overview

A leading HVAC and building services specialist is seeking an experienced Commissioning Supervisor to oversee onsite commissioning activities across a range of mechanical and HVAC projects. This role is responsible for leading commissioning teams, coordinating testing and balancing activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards, and acting as the key onsite interface between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

We're recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and cost management across multiple civils packages on a major station modernisation and infrastructure delivery scheme in London. You'll own commercial strategy, lead a small QS team, and manage cost for works spanning utilities, structural, civils, and fit-out scopes.
