Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: North West London, England
Contract Role - Hybrid Work

We are seeking an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a major rail framework in their North West London office on a Contract basis.
Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and have worked on a large scale projects across the UK.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Commercial Manager in managing all contractual and commercial needs across a number of concurrent schemes at different stages.
Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.
Meeting and collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, and the project team for smooth project delivery.
Supporting Junior Staff, helping them develop.

Requirements:
Experience working as either an intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor.
Holds relevant HND in subjects including building/ construction, urban, civil and land studies.
Experience in Civils/ Rail is adventurous.
Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors.

A global civils contractor who have been involved in some of the most prestigious projects in the UK are seeking a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major infrastructure contract. The suitable individual will take up a key role in looking and tying up sub-contract orders and placement for key packages like earthworks and structures, reporting into the Commercial Manager.

Required Background:

Ability to manage large, complex civils packages
Ideally worked for a tier 1 contractor
Strong NEC and major infrastructure experience (in the UK)
Good client interfacing skills
Degree qualified or Chartered
Strong reporting and contract administration skills

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Huddersfield, England
£500 Per Day Inside IR35

We are seeking a number of Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a major rail project in Huddersfield on a freelance basis.
Our client is an industry leader in delivering large scale projects across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities:
Produce subcontract documentation, issue tender enquiries, analyse tenders and compile subcontract order documents for execution
Manage subcontractors, including timely processing of payments, obtaining final account agreements whilst resolving issues by negotiation
Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.
Identify change, evaluate including measurement and cost to support budget management process.

Requirements:
Previous experience working on Civil Engineering projects.
Experience working with ICC / NEC forms of Contract
Experience working within Rail is Adventurous.
Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors.
