They are a multidisciplinary contractor delivering innovative engineering solutions across civil engineering and construction sectors including rail, highways, aviation, marine, energy, water and environmental infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Support the commercial management and delivery of earthworks packages within the SRE programmeManage subcontract procurement, letting and administration in line with NEC contract requirementsPrepare and maintain accurate cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projectionsAssess, negotiate and agree subcontractor interim valuations and final accountsIdentify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout project lifecyclePrepare and submit compensation event notifications and assessmentsCollaborate with project and site teams to ensure commercial awareness across the delivery teamContribute to monthly CVR preparation and reporting to senior managementEnsure compliance with Network Rail standards, client requirements and internal governance processesBuild and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

About You
