CSA Construction Manager

Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all Civil, Structural & Architectural activities across the project lifecycle
* Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations in conjunction with the wider project team
* Ensure site QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained in line with project specifications and standards
* Coordinate project schedules with Planners, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
* Manage and supervise subcontractor performance, including progress monitoring, manpower levels, and coordination meetings
* Ensure all subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained and up to date
* Attend Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, Planning Meetings, and Handover Meetings
* Liaise with the design team to ensure construction information is issued and aligned with programme requirements
* Review drawings, specifications, and setting out details to ensure buildability and coordination across all CSA elements
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on site
* Support commercial management by monitoring progress, variations, and attending weekly commercial meetings
* Issue progress reports to senior management and the project team
* Oversee snagging activities and ensure timely close-out of all CSA-related items
* Proactively identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues on site

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline
* Minimum 7+ years' experience within the CSA construction sector, with a focus on site management
* Strong background in managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on large-scale construction projects
* Experience in programme delivery, sequencing, and site coordination
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Strong technical understanding of CSA construction methodologies and site operations
* Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones

Key Responsibilities
