Responsibilities

* Support the coordination and delivery of Civil, Structural & Architectural works across the project lifecycle

* Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

* Assist with the implementation of site QA/QC processes and ensure works are completed to required standards

* Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and the wider project team on daily site activities

* Monitor site progress and report on programme status to senior engineers and management

* Ensure all documentation, including technical submittals and safety documentation, is maintained and up to date

* Attend Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, and Planning Meetings

* Liaise with the design team to request and track construction information (RFIs)

* Assist with setting out, checking works, and verifying dimensions on site

* Support commercial management by tracking variations and assisting with progress claims

Skills & Qualifications
