Key Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design efforts for mission critical and data center projectsDevelop design standards, specifications, system narratives, and technical documentationCoordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, architects, and contractorsReview engineering reports and evaluate system optionsOversee construction administration activities including RFIs, bulletins, and site reportsMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development initiativesSupport business unit leadership through training, innovation, and best practice sharing

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering8+ years of experience within consulting engineering / MEP designStrong background delivering mission critical or data center projectsProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredHands-on design experience with Revit and CADPrevious experience leading teams and mentoring engineersStrong communication and client-facing skills
