The Role:

Provide day-to-day H&S advice and support to site management across marine and landside work packagesConduct site inspections, audits, and safety tours, raising and closing out NCRs where requiredSupport development and review of RAMS across civils, marine, and MEP worksInvestigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, producing reports and identifying corrective actionsDeliver toolbox talks and support site inductions for a diverse, multi-trade workforceMonitor compliance with CDM Regulations, client-specific requirements, and NEC4 contract obligationsLiaise with the client, principal designer, and subcontractors on H&S mattersSupport H&S input on marine/piling operations and adjacent live port operations

About You:

NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate (NEBOSH Diploma desirable)Proven H&S experience on major civils/marine infrastructure projects desirableExperience working on major infrastructure projectsValid CSCS cardStrong working knowledge of CDM RegulationsConfident communicator, comfortable challenging poor practice on siteUK Driving License, willing to commute or relocate to Immingham
