Senior Estimator
Location: Maidstone, England

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our client's team in their Maidstone office on a permanent basis.
Our client is an industry leader in infrastructure delivery across the UK and Europe's largest construction project.

Responsibilities:
Assisting junior staff in preparing competitive tenders.
Conduct site surveys to assess potential risks and liaise with clients.
Maintain transparent communication between Estimating and Operations teams.
Manage client expectations throughout the tender process. Support Quantity Surveyors with pricing additional items, variations, and alternative rates.
Keep the team informed about incoming and outgoing tenders.

Requirements:
Ideally holds a qualification in commercial management/quantity surveying, or relevant practical experience.
Some experience in civil and/or built environments is preferred.
Strong time management skills and flexibility in planning and prioritising tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of Standard Methods of Measurement.
Ability to manage complex issues within tight and unpredictable time frames.
Previous engineering background is adventurous.

Site Engineer
Location: Groningen, Netherlands

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer to join a flagship data centre development based in Groningen, Netherlands. This is a pivotal role within a large, multidisciplinary construction project, overseeing the full lifecycle of an Earthworks and Piling package.

Our client is a leader in International Data Centre delivery and are looking to fly out the suitable candidate to work on their latest Major Data Centre Development.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing site activities, ensuring all work aligns with project plans and specifications.
Clarify technical drawings, resolve design challenges, and provide solutions.
Managing earthworks, piling, formwork, and concrete pours.
Working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team for smooth project delivery.
Adhere to HSE regulations whilst maintaining a safe site environment.

Requirements:
Extensive Civil or structural engineering background.
Experience in site engineering, ideally with earthworks and piling packages.
Previous experience working on large - scale infrastructure or construction projects (Data centres or Industrial builds are adventurous)
Strong understanding of CAD and able to review and support design drawings.
Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors.
Willingness to work abroad and collaborate internationally.

Senior Project Manager (MEP)
Location: London

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join a flagship data centre development based in London. This is a pivotal role within a large, multidisciplinary construction project, overseeing the full lifecycle of a technically complex MEP package.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery across design, procurement, installation, logistics, commissioning, and handover, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and in line with commercial and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance across all design, engineering, construction, and commissioning activities

- Add value during the design process by challenging methods to enhance buildability, reduce lifecycle costs, and minimise carbon footprint

- Drive programme management from inception to handover-developing, monitoring, and adjusting plans as needed, including contingency strategies

- Manage quality processes in line with internal governance and continuously analyse outputs to identify trends and implement corrective measures

- Uphold the highest standards in safety, governance, and client satisfaction throughout project delivery

- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of all project phases

What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-package data centre projects

- Deep understanding of MEP systems and the complexities of testing and commissioning within this environment

- Formal health and safety accreditations (minimum SMSTS)

- Proven leadership capability and experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams

- Strong background in programme and package control across high-value projects (£20M+ MEP scope)

- Experience in line management and developing high-performing teams

- Demonstrable success delivering complex projects within the London and UK data centre sector

Work with business development to win new work from new and existing clients.
Manages engineering design, owners engineer projects involving multiple clients or partners or medium EPC projects.
Manages multiple clients and/or projects where the project team, client structure and/or project location present greater challenges

To be considered you will require the following: -

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline - ideal!
Project Management Qualification
Depth and breadth of experience in Grid, Substation and/ or Data Centre projects
Project Director/Management experience with an Engineering and Construction industry background.
Mid scale EPC/EPCM project experience, predominantly on the contractor side vs client.
Proven leadership experience, including management of client relationships at senior levels.
Track record in actively supporting business development activity.
