£450 Per Day Inside IR35

We are seeking an Project Planner to join our client's team on a Major Water Framework in Berkshire on a contract basis.
Our client is a leading engineering specialist in delivering major projects in a variety of sectors including Rail, Highways, Water and Aviation.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Senior Planners in overseeing site activities, ensuring all work aligns with project plans and specifications.
Preparing information to attend regular planning and progress meetings
Change management of the control process including claims.
Reporting and monitoring performance again KPI targets, programme and finances

Requirements:
Extensive experience using Primavera P6 and Excel
Must have experience working on Major Water projects
Previous engineering background is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of NEC forms of contracts.

We are seeking an Project Planner to join our client's Nuclear and Defence team in their London office on a permanent basis.
Our client is a leading engineering and consulting provider who are experts on delivery large scale projects across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities:
Develop and update project programmes
Submit NEC-compliant programmes for acceptance
Conduct integrity checks on supply chain/third-party programmes
Maintain, control, analyse, and support recovery planning
Plan and schedule major infrastructure, new build, and refurbishment projects

Requirements:
Proven experience in project planning/scheduling
Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Asta Powerproject
Holds MACOSTE, MCIOB, MAPM, or equivalent
Understanding of DCMA/CIOB Protocol & risk-adjusted programmes
Experience in defence sector projects highly desirable
Eligible for security clearance

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our client's team in their Maidstone office on a permanent basis.
Our client is an industry leader in infrastructure delivery across the UK and Europe's largest construction project.

Responsibilities:
Assisting junior staff in preparing competitive tenders.
Conduct site surveys to assess potential risks and liaise with clients.
Maintain transparent communication between Estimating and Operations teams.
Manage client expectations throughout the tender process. Support Quantity Surveyors with pricing additional items, variations, and alternative rates.
Keep the team informed about incoming and outgoing tenders.

Requirements:
Ideally holds a qualification in commercial management/quantity surveying, or relevant practical experience.
Some experience in civil and/or built environments is preferred.
Strong time management skills and flexibility in planning and prioritising tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of Standard Methods of Measurement.
Ability to manage complex issues within tight and unpredictable time frames.
Previous engineering background is adventurous.

With an outstanding staff retention rate and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking for an experienced estimator who can hit the ground running and contribute to their continued success. You will be working with some exceptional Pre construction colleagues in a really strong team culture.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Electrical Estimating role.

Strong Excel skills are beneficial.
Skilled in liaising with clients to gather project requirements.
Ability to obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Experience assessing project risks and preparing detailed quotations.
Proven track record of maintaining strong client and site relationships.
Competent in data analysis, cost forecasting, and compliance checks.
Attending design, progress, and commercial meetings regularly.
