Site Engineer, Contract, Inside IR35
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure contractor for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major delivery team in Banbury on a contract basis.
This is a great opportunity for a site engineer with HS2 experience to step into an established team and take ownership of a defined package of works from day one.
What you'll bring:
Previous HS2 project experience (recent experience highly advantageous)Proven experience preparing RAMS, TBS, and ITPsStrong working knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD2-3+ years of relevant site engineering experience, ideally with bridges/structuresSolid understanding of quality assurance processes and site documentationConfidence working independently and taking ownership of your area of the worksStrong communication skills, comfortable liaising with subcontractors and site teamsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset - someone who gets stuck in rather than waiting to be toldThe ability to integrate quickly into an existing delivery team and add value from day oneThe role:
You'll be working as part of a structured delivery team on a live infrastructure scheme, with real responsibility and autonomy over your section of the works.
