We're assisting our client who is a powerhouse in the rail sector with a track record spanning major schemes across the UK and Europe on their search for an Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a Major Rail Framework at their Hatfield Business Park office. What you'll be doing:
Working closely alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, supporting the commercial and contractual delivery of multiple schemes at various stages of the project lifecycle.Proactively identifying risks and opportunities within contracts, helping protect margin and drive value.Building strong, lasting relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to keep delivery on time and on budget.Getting hands-on exposure to the commercial side of large-scale rail infrastructure work - ideal for someone looking to fast-track their QS career.What we're looking for:

We are looking for a proactive and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with experience in civils and infrastructure. The following skills and experience are required or desirable:
