About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CSA Lead to join a major Data Centre construction project in Skellefteå, Sweden. This role offers the chance to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.

The successful candidate will take ownership of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) activities, ensuring safe, high-quality and efficient project delivery from design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all CSA aspects of the project from design through to completion.
  • Manage, monitor and develop project plans relating to budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures and overall project performance.
  • Establish and implement CSA execution strategies, reporting structures, documentation systems and project schedules.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, design teams and project management stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, quality and programme objectives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication regarding project progress, milestones, costs and deliverables.
  • Promote and enforce a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with all statutory and project requirements.
  • Drive quality performance across all CSA works, ensuring project standards and client expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Interface with MEP and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the overall project programme.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting successful project execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • Valid EU passport or unrestricted right to work in Sweden without sponsorship.
  • Degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a CSA leadership role on large-scale Data Centre, mission-critical or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong contractor-side experience delivering complex construction projects.
  • Excellent understanding of CSA construction methodologies, sequencing and coordination within high-technology environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project delivery against programme, budget and quality targets.
  • Willingness to be site-based in Skellefteå, Sweden.
