We're working with a well-established commercial fit-out contractor delivering high-quality, technically demanding workspace projects. With a strong pipeline of work and repeat clients, they're looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager to take ownership of the mechanical package during delivery.

This role sits right at the heart of the build, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to site activity and driving progress.

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking full responsibility for mechanical installation on projects
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
  • Coordinating closely with PMs, site teams, and other trades
  • Identifying issues early and keeping projects moving at pace
  • Overseeing quality, compliance, and commissioning stages

What's appealing about this role:

  • Projects that are technically interesting and fast-moving
  • A business with a solid pipeline, not reliant on one-off jobs
  • Strong collaboration between site and project teams
  • Opportunity to step up and take greater ownership over time

What they're looking for:

  • Experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or a strong Site Manager ready to step up
  • Commercial fit-out experience (or similar fast-paced environments)
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services
  • Confident managing subcontractors and pushing programme
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset
