Our client, a rapidly expanding Nordic General Contractor, is seeking a QA/QC Manager to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Denmark.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring quality standards are achieved across all construction and MEP disciplines while supporting successful commissioning and client handover.
ContractLocation: DenmarkWorking Arrangement: FreelanceContract Length: 12+ MonthsRate: Negotiable (Based on Experience)Mobilisation: ImmediateOn-site, 5 Days per WeekKey ResponsibilitiesLead all project QA/QC activities on behalf of the General Contractor.Implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures.Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality verification activities.Manage subcontractor quality performance and compliance.Review quality documentation and turnover records.Conduct audits and manage NCR processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.Support handover readiness and project completion activities.Interface with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.Provide regular quality reporting to senior stakeholders.RequirementsDegree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, or related field.Proven QA/QC management experience on large-scale construction projects.Strong background working for General Contractors/Main Contractors.Experience within data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical environments.Strong understanding of inspections, testing, commissioning support, and turnover processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Previous Nordic project experience is highly desirable.Fluent English required.Read less
