Supervisor (SV) - Sprinkler Installation

Position Purpose

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising sprinkler installation activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Reporting Line

Reports To: Main Supervisor (MSV)
Deputy: TBD

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate daily installation activities.
  • Manage site resources and manpower.
  • Coordinate work with other contractors and trades.

Material Management

  • Order and manage project materials.
  • Verify deliveries for quantity, quality, and condition.
  • Ensure materials are available when required.

Quality Assurance

  • Monitor installation quality and compliance with standards.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks.
  • Maintain quality documentation and records.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and support installation personnel.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
  • Promote teamwork and productivity.

Health & Safety

  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
  • Lead toolbox talks and promote a safe working environment.

Communication & Reporting

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings.
  • Provide weekly progress updates and reports.

Main Duties

  • Plan and coordinate sprinkler installation works.
  • Manage materials and site resources.
  • Supervise installation teams.
  • Ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Conduct documented quality follow-ups.
  • Perform weekly progress reviews.
  • Participate in project meetings and stakeholder coordination.
