BIM ProjectWise Engineer

Role Summary

The BIM ProjectWise Engineer is a delivery‑focused role embedded within the BIM & Information Management team, supporting designers and engineers in the practical use of ProjectWise to produce coordinated, compliant digital deliverables.

This role suits candidates who enjoy working directly with design teams, solving issues, supporting BIM compliance, and ensuring information flows correctly through the CDE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day ProjectWise operations within assigned project areas
  • Set up projects, manage users, permissions, workflows and naming conventions
  • Provide first‑line technical support to designers and engineers
  • Support AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and Bentley tools within ProjectWise
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, BEP, CAD standards and client requirements
  • Assist with quality assurance checks on supply‑chain BIM and CAD deliverables
  • Support design coordination across disciplines within the CDE
  • Deliver training and guidance to internal and external users
  • Assist with data migrations, upgrades and system improvements
  • Support integration with iTwin and asset information workflows
