QA/QC Engineer

Requirements
Monitor and inspect CSA/MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations.Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures for CSA/MEP works.Review and verify method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation submitted by subcontractors.Carry out site inspections and audits to verify compliance and issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) where required.Support the CSA/MEP team in resolving quality issues, providing technical advice, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.Collaborate with design teams, project engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely close-out of quality-related matters.Ensure materials and workmanship are inspected, tested, and documented in line with specifications and standards.Manage and maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, certifications, and other quality-related documentation.Contribute to performance monitoring and reporting by updating project quality records and supporting regular reporting cycles.Participate in project handover activities, ensuring completion of quality dossiers, O&M manuals, and final QA/QC documentation.Promote a strong culture of quality, health, safety, and compliance across all CSA/MEP works.Skills/Qualifications:Relevant Engineering or Construction degree qualification (Civil/Structural/Architectural/Mechanical or Electrical discipline preferred).Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data centre, industrial, or technology sectors.Strong understanding of CSA/MEP construction methods, standards, and regulatory requirements.Experience in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures and managing inspections and test plans.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and subcontractors.Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to produce accurate documentation.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical, and deadline-driven environment.

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to lead the delivery of large-scale electrical installations on major commercial, retail, hotel, education and data centre projects.

The role involves coordinating electrical design and installation activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards. You will oversee daily and weekly work planning, manage labour and resources, and maintain clear communication with clients, design teams and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include supervising site progress, chairing weekly coordination meetings, ensuring accurate record keeping and action tracking, and preparing detailed weekly reports covering incidents, schedule performance, labour forecasts, material procurement, variations and project risks. You will also mentor supervisors and foremen, ensuring teams have the information, materials and equipment needed for safe and productive work.

Mechanical Commissioning Engineer - Major Data Centre Project !

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Mechanical Commissioning (Cx) Engineer to join our Clients team and support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical projects in Finland working on Data Centre schemes being developed by a major technology company. Reporting to the Cx Manager.

Responsibilities:

Carry out hands-on mechanical commissioning activities in line with approved commissioning plans and procedures.Execute mechanical commissioning protocols including system testing, fault-finding, diagnostics, and functional performance testing.Ensure HVAC and mechanical services operate in accordance with design intent, specifications, and performance criteria.Witness and support vendor commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with approved project documentation.Conduct day-to-day on-site commissioning operations, including system inspections and readiness checks.Manage and complete the commissioning tagging process in line with project procedures.Track the receipt, review, and compliance of commissioning documentation to achieve required Cx level sign-off.Support quality management for on-site service and commissioning activities.Ensure commissioning activities are delivered in line with project schedules and milestones.Adhere strictly to project Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements at all times.Maintain clear communication with commissioning managers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a recognised Mechanical Trade with appropriate training and experience.Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Mechanical Commissioning Engineer role.Strong commissioning experience on HVAC and mechanical systems within commercial, industrial, or data centre environments.Solid understanding of construction environments and safe systems of work.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act decisively.Process-driven mindset with a strong focus on EHS and Quality Management Systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to maintain positive working relationships with contractors and vendors on site.
