Job Role
A project management opportunity to take full ownership of the successful delivery of mission critical facilities projects, from initiation through to close-out. You'll act as the primary point of contact between the firm and all project stakeholders, setting priorities, managing resources across disciplines, and ensuring both client satisfaction and commercial performance. This is a highly visible role suited to a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
Requirements
- Lead projects through all lifecycle stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure
- Set project priorities, scope, schedule, and team assignments; secure resource commitment across all disciplines
- Develop and maintain detailed work plans, budgets, and project documentation
- Manage client expectations, facilitate kick-off meetings, and maintain regular client communication
- Identify and manage scope changes; prepare fee estimates and obtain client approvals prior to commencing additional services
- Oversee QA/QC requirements and schedule appropriate technical reviews
- Maintain contractual, financial, and business records; keep internal stakeholders informed on project financial status
- Contribute to business development through cross-selling of services and participation in new project pursuits
- Develop and maintain purpose-built PM tools, templates, and standardised deliverables to improve efficiency and quality
Qualifications
- Accredited engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
- Solid understanding of engineering practices, design and construction concepts, codes, and standards
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, delegate effectively, and deliver to quality and schedule
- Effective team leader with the ability to inspire confidence and build positive team culture

Job Role
A senior project management opportunity to take full ownership of complex, large-scale mission critical projects across all delivery methods and phases. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you'll drive project execution from initiation through close-out, mentor junior project managers, and play an active role in business development and client retention. This is a commercially accountable leadership role, with responsibility for managing a portfolio targeting $1M+ in annual revenue.

- Set priorities, scope, schedule, and team assignments; secure resource commitment across all disciplines
- Independently develop detailed work plans within scope, timeline, and budget; maintain thorough project documentation
- Manage client expectations, facilitate kick-off meetings, and serve as the primary client liaison throughout the project
- Identify and manage scope changes; prepare fee estimates and obtain client approvals prior to commencing additional services
- Oversee QA/QC requirements and schedule appropriate technical reviews
- Maintain contractual, financial, and business records; keep internal stakeholders informed on project financial status
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and drive repeat business through strong client relationships
- Mentor and support junior project managers; foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Develop purpose-built PM tools, templates, and standardised deliverables to improve efficiency and quality across the business unit
- Actively participate in cross-selling and new project pursuits
Qualifications
- Accredited engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in a related field
- Formal project management training (e.g. PSMJ PM Bootcamp or equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge of design and construction concepts, delivery methods, and professional services contracts including AIA and CSI formats
- Proven ability to manage multi-phase, multi-stakeholder projects domestically and internationally, including as prime consultant managing subconsultants
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
