Senior Electrical Engineer - HV/MV - Mission Critical Data Centers
Client
A high-growth, owner-operator data center developer with an ambitious mission to deploy gigawatt-scale AI compute infrastructure across North America and beyond. The firm acquires power, designs, builds, and operates its own data centers, with a fully integrated team spanning hardware, software, and engineering. They are moving at exceptional speed and scale, with a pipeline targeting tens of gigawatts of capacity this decade.
Job Role
A senior owner-side technical leadership opportunity to define and own protection and control design across a rapidly scaling portfolio of data center campuses, from the utility interface and HV substation through the MV distribution backbone. You'll set Fluidstack's protection philosophy, review and approve the work of utilities, EPCs, and third-party engineering firms, and serve as the escalation point for protection misoperations and fault events across the fleet. This is a high-accountability role with direct influence over the engineering standards that will scale across dozens of sites.
