Role Summary
The BIM ProjectWise Engineer is a delivery‑focused role embedded within the BIM & Information Management team, supporting designers and engineers in the practical use of ProjectWise to produce coordinated, compliant digital deliverables.
This role suits candidates who enjoy working directly with design teams, solving issues, supporting BIM compliance, and ensuring information flows correctly through the CDE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day ProjectWise operations within assigned project areasSet up projects, manage users, permissions, workflows and naming conventionsProvide first‑line technical support to designers and engineersSupport AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and Bentley tools within ProjectWiseEnsure compliance with ISO 19650, BEP, CAD standards and client requirementsAssist with quality assurance checks on supply‑chain BIM and CAD deliverablesSupport design coordination across disciplines within the CDEDeliver training and guidance to internal and external usersAssist with data migrations, upgrades and system improvementsSupport integration with iTwin and asset information workflowsStrengths Required for This RoleStrong hands‑on ProjectWise experienceBIM‑aware with CAD and model coordination understandingConfident supporting design teams under programme pressureDetail‑focused with strong QA and standards compliance mindsetComfortable acting as a bridge between BIM, IM and delivery teams Read less
