Job Role

An opportunity to work as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer on large-scale, technically complex data center projects. You'll contribute to design across all project phases, working closely with senior engineers and project leads, with scope to grow into a more senior technical role over time.

Requirements

- Design and oversee mechanical or electrical engineering scope across project phases, from concept through construction

- Coordinate scope, schedule, and budgeted hours within discipline; collaborate across all engineering disciplines

- Support client-facing technical discussions and RFP/RFQ pursuits as needed

- Mentor junior engineers and designers where applicable

- Support QA/QC processes and uphold design quality standards

- Contribute to firmwide design guides, calculation templates, and technical standards

- Stay current with evolving data center technologies and industry standards

Qualifications

- Accredited engineering degree (or equivalent experience)

- 5-15 years of relevant experience, with a focus on mission critical / data center projects

- Professional Engineer (PE) licence required

- Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk, and BIM 360; familiarity with Trace 700, Pipe-Flo, or CFD tools (e.g. Fluent, 6Sigma) preferred

- Proven ability to work effectively across technical and client teams

- Strong problem-solving skills across complex, multi-system environments
