We're partnering with a leading M&E subcontractor delivering a flagship hyperscale data centre in the Buckinghamshire / West London corridor, a major, high-value project at the cutting edge of mission-critical infrastructure.

They're looking for a high-calibre Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of a significant electrical package and play a key role in delivering one of the region's most high-profile DC builds.

As Electrical Project Manager, you'll take full control of the electrical scope, leading delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

You'll be front-facing with the client and main contractor, driving programme, managing risk, and ensuring flawless execution on a fast-paced, high-spec build.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of electrical packages on a large-scale data centre projectDrive programme, manage risk, and ensure milestones are achievedOversee subcontractors, procurement, and installation activitiesTake ownership of budgets, forecasts, and commercial performanceEnsure all works meet mission-critical quality and compliance standardsChampion a strong health & safety culture on siteAct as the key interface with client, main contractor, and consultantsLead commissioning activities through to successful handover

What We're Looking ForProven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on major construction projectsStrong background in data centres, critical infrastructure, or high-spec commercial buildsTrack record delivering large electrical packages (£10m+)Experience working within an M&E subcontractor environmentStrong commercial awareness and ability to manage cost and programmeConfident leading teams and engaging with senior stakeholders

Our client, a Tier 1 specialist MEP contractor, is currently searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a major infrastructure project. You will be responsible for the MEP fit out on the shafts and portal buildings.

Responsibilities

Ensure that a safety first and foremost message is visible and alive through all activities on the project.Ensure the use of, and compliance to, legal and company policies and processes in line with contractual obligations.Understand project contract terms, manage risks and opportunities, ensuring they are commercially mitigated or enhanced. Identify any changes in line with contractual obligations.Maintain all records in order to maximise contractual entitlements.Communicate with the operational teams on risk and contract terms and conditions and have a continual understanding of project status.Prepare, submit applications, and secure recovery of payment, with substantiation of compensation or variations.With support, manage sub-contract accounts through to final account settlement.Monitor and control progress with the operational team, providing accurate internal reporting.Ensure availability of all project reports, applications, certificates, payments, timeliness and quality of delivery, and tender allowances.With support, negotiate to settle the project account with the client.

In this role, you'll support Project Managers across live projects while also contributing expert planning input into tenders and pre‑construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all planning and programme activities across assigned projects.Develop, monitor and update project programmes using Primavera P6.Provide planning expertise during tender preparation and pre‑construction.Support the Project Manager with progress tracking, reporting and forecasting.Ensure planning compliance in line with NEC4 contract requirements.Contribute to wider project controls and assist in efficient delivery.

About You
