A leading data centre developer is looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to support the client project team on a large-scale construction programme in Finland.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day HSE oversight, ensuring contractors maintain safe working practices and comply with project standards across all construction activities.
Essential Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience as an HSE Advisor, EHS Advisor, or Safety AdvisorExperience on construction, industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projectsClient-side, consultancy, or contractor experience consideredStrong knowledge of construction safety management systemsExperience reviewing risk assessments and safe systems of workAbility to carry out inspections, audits, and safety observationsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFluent English required; Finnish beneficialKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the client's HSE management teamMonitor contractor compliance with site safety requirementsReview risk assessments, method statements, and permitsConduct regular site inspections and safety auditsParticipate in incident investigations and corrective actionsTrack HSE observations and project safety performanceAttend contractor coordination meetingsSupport safety campaigns and continuous improvement initiativesPromote positive safety behaviours across all project teamsRead less
