Are you a seasoned Commercial Manager with a track record of success in complex MEP or mission-critical projects? Ready to take your expertise international?

We're looking for a high-performing Commercial Manager to join our Client's growing region and lead the commercial oversight across multiple live data centre projects in the Nordics. You'll play a key role in one of the fastest-growing sectors globally, working with Tier 1 clients and ensuring financial control, performance, and profitability across the portfolio.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead all commercial functions across multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account

Contract management, risk mitigation, and cost control

Build and maintain client and supply chain relationships

Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning with internal stakeholders

Ensure project delivery aligns with budgets, timelines, and high-quality standards

✅ What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on large-scale MEP or data centre projects

Strong working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across different geographies

Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Willingness to relocate to Nordic countries (support provided)
